Due to the speed at which orders are processed, an order can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after placing the order. However, there are no guarantees that an order can be cancelled. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate, once you have received your shipping confirmation email. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Also, you can view your tracking number when you sign into your boeklv.com account.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via USPS First Class Mail, expect it to arrive in 3 - 5 business days. If your order is sent via USPS Priority Mail shipping, expect it to arrive in 1 - 3 business days. If you order is sent via USPS Express Mail, expect it to arrive overnight - 2 days. Keep in mind that orders placed during peak shipping periods such as the first day of each month, promotional events, and holidays, may take an additional 1-2 business days to process due to the high volume of orders. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO locations may be subject to longer transit times (up to 45 days) due to the carrier or location of station. Yes. We will deliver to rural zip codes, APO/FPO/DPO and PO Boxes via United States Parcel Service only. All other courier services will not deliver to rural zip codes, APO/FPO/DPO and PO Boxes. They will only deliver to a residential address or place of business. We are unable to guarantee expedited or overnight delivery to rural zip codes and P.O. boxes. Also, it can take up to 45 days for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
